Exports

Vat of 17.5% will be deducted / zero rated for export orders outside the EC. Delivery worldwide under 10 kilos will be by FedEx at approximately £60 – 150.

Samples

We want you to have the opportunity to see and handle the cutlery before making your decision and so we are happy to send you samples of pieces that are of interest. This service is available worldwide and is with our compliments, although it is on the understanding that the samples will be returned.

Payment

Payment is required once you have received your order and can be made by Visa, Mastercard or cheque. For your reassurance, credit card details will only be taken by telephone or fax.
