What is your returns policy?

In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with your cutlery, we will replace or refund within 30 days. Our stainless steel cutlery is extremely robust and will last for many decades.

Regarding the Cream and Black Handle Knives: They have been dishwasher safe for over 12 years, and approximately 99% have performed perfectly during this time. For the very small number that develop a fault, we can replace the handles. A small charge applies after 3 years.
