Exports – Delivery Worldwide
Vat of 20% will be deducted / zero rated for export orders outside the UK.
Delivery worldwide under 10 kilos will be by FedEx at approximately £60 - £150.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed when your order reaches its destination for which you are wholly responsible.
Samples – a worldwide service
We want you to have the opportunity to see and handle the cutlery before making your decision and so we would be pleased to send a selection that covers the patterns / designs that are of interest. This service is available worldwide and is with our compliments, although it is on the understanding that the samples will be returned.
Delivery timescales
Delivery from ordering in UK will be 1-3 days when items are in stock. Otherwise, we will confirm the delivery time with you which is usually within 3-4 weeks.
Payment
Payment details will be taken at time of ordering and payment in full will be taken when order is sent. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, American Express, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Deposits can be requested at time of ordering for personalised sets and larger orders. For your reassurance, credit card security details are destroyed once a telephone order is complete and no credit card details are stored on the website.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. We suggest using a tracked delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for any items lost enroute. Any items that are engraved, personalised or specially made to order are non-refundable.
